Product Warranty
A product warranty certificate is attached to standard products as proof that they have passed our inspection standards. Please read the "Precautions" before using the product and use the product properly.
The warranty period of the product is one year from the date of shipment (the date of purchase).
If a defect occurs during the warranty period due to our responsibility, we will replace or repair the product free of charge.
If you have any questions or concerns about the product, please contact us with the product model and serial number attached to the product.
The positioning stage is a precision instrument with a complex combination of parts. Although we pay careful attention to the quality of our products, defects in operation may occur as a result of prolonged use.
Even with defective products, it may be possible to recover the original performance by replacing parts or making adjustments.
After overhaul, we will inspect the product to ensure that it meets the catalog/web listed values before sending it back to you.
The overhaul fees listed in the catalog and on the website are the basic fees for disassembly and adjustment.
If replacement parts (consumable parts, etc.) are required, the cost of the parts will be charged separately.
The warranty period after overhaul is 6 months from the date of shipment.
The repair period is 10 years from the date of discontinuation of production. However, if repair parts are difficult to obtain, alternative parts of equivalent performance may be used. Please note that there are cases in which repair may not be possible as a result of an inspection of the actual product.
The repair cost is the total of the replacement parts for the requested faulty part, other consumable parts considered necessary, and the overhaul cost shown in the catalog.
The warranty period after repair is 6 months from the date of shipment.
