Product Delivery
Shipping
Shipping is free for standard and custom products totaling 5,000 yen or more, excluding vibration-isolating tables and special heavy items (within Japan only). For orders totaling less than 5,000 yen (excluding tax), a shipping fee of 1,000 yen will apply. Please note that the shipping fee for vibration-isolating tables and special heavy items will be quoted separately.
Delivery Time
Products are generally delivered by courier, excluding certain items. Delivery is typically the day after shipment, except for some parts of Kyushu, Hokkaido, and remote islands (please specify the desired delivery date). Please note that deliveries may be delayed due to natural disasters, severe weather, or traffic conditions.
Product Issues
We ensure strict packaging during shipping, but if there is any issue with the delivered product, please contact us immediately.
Pricing
Catalog and WEB prices are listed excluding consumption tax. Please pay the tax separately upon checkout. Prices may change without prior notice due to quality improvements or fluctuations in material costs. Thank you for your understanding.

Product Return Packaging
Please contact us and return the product to the designated location. Ensure that the product is returned in the same packaging condition as received. Any damage to the product during return shipment will be the responsibility of the customer.
Order Cancellation
Before Delivery
For Catalog or WEB Standard Products: A 5% fee of the list price will be charged.
For Custom-Made Products: A 10% fee of the list price will be charged.
For Modified Catalog or WEB Standard Products: Cancellation is not allowed.
However, if the modification has not started, a 5% fee of the list price plus the modification costs will apply.
For Custom-Made Products: Cancellation is not allowed.
After Delivery
We generally do not accept changes or cancellations after delivery.
However, returns or exchanges may be possible, so please contact our Sales Department for further assistance.
