FPP03-13 is a drive mechanism developed for optical device assembly alignment equipment that requires high resolution. It smoothly follows alignment operations of ±0.1 dB. Its unique internal structure enables sub-micron positioning, which was difficult with conventional micrometers. In addition, non-backlash operation has been realized (when mounted on our stage).
